Mission Statment
Patience: I have worked hard to build this business into a solid company. In doing so, I have enabled our customers to enjoy pressure free consulting in their real estate needs. The truth of the matter is that we are very busy and when we take on a client, that client is not the only person we are working with. Many times we have established a 4-6 month relationship with other clients and they are heading to settlement in the same month you start. So, you will never feel pressure from us to buy or sell. This is a commission business for most realtors but not for me...I have consistent business and do not need your commission check to put food on my table this month. I consider myself to be more of a consultant realtor than an agent. I will advise you and wait for you to tell me that you are ready to make your move.
Knowledge: I had lived in Northern Virginia for the past 6 years but I currently reside in Downtown DC. My move to the city was a great decision. It has helped my wife ease the commute to medical school and I have expanded my business in DC. All that said, I am experienced at what I do and my diverse educational background improves my ability as a realtor. I know every area of N. VA and NW DC is my specialty in the city.
